Find 37 Inch LCD HDTV Fla Panels at Great Prices.
the problem is at 0:20 and 1:06 it repeats every day i have a ps3 slim and a philips 5604 (37) lcd tv with hdmi calbe Help!
I am looking at a pair of tv’s, a philips 32pfl5322d, and a sharp lc-32sh12u. Both are 32 inch lcd’s, and they are about the same price, 750-800. the main spec differences i can see are that the philips has 3200:1 contrast, while the sharp has 1200:1 contrast, and the sharp has a response time of 6ms while the philips has 8ms. the philips is slightly brighter.
i will mainly be using it to watch tv (sd for now, maybe ill get hd in a little bit), xbox 360, and dvds (i only have upconverting, no hd dvd or blu ray)
Which tv is better? are the contrast ratio and response time differences significant?

its so hard for me to decide on my first hdtv..i want a 37 or 40 inch thats not the hard part the hard part is finding the right model and brand no matter where i read theres always someone with a negative statement thats what sucks i know there will never be a flawless review.
so im looking for 37-40 inch
will probably be watching 3-4 channels that arent in hd yet so would like a model with somewhat decent standard def
i heard great things about alot of samsung models but ive read some negatives that really sway me away like one or a few sets have sup par sound and because its very glossy any sun light can cause a problem
i really need some good recommendations and reassurance it has been pretty much been between sony and samsung, this is for my bedroom i dont need the best sound in the world but i want good sound nothing thats sounds low or anything negative about it, i read that LN40A550 has great picture but so so sound
and when watching sd tv what do you recommend stretching the image or putting in the 4:3 box please help me out as you can tell im rambling its just i want to purchase already but i want something that wont cause problems want something reliable and suits my needs
I just recently bought an hdmi cable for HD because it upscales the dvds, i used to have component cable and 1080p looked fine on my tv. But with HDMI and 1080p I get white little specs flashing scattered, and the quality on the ps3 menu is weird, why does 1080p with hdmi look worse compared to it on 1080p component cable? Also with HDMI with 1080i it looks fine. any help? do I need to change a setting?

I am looking for an HDTV and I know what I want, but I need help.
I am wanting a 720P Widescreen LCD HDTV between 37 and 42 inches. I do not want 1080P, 1080i, Plasma, DLP, CRT, or EDTV. I would prefer a brand that I know like Sony, Toshiba, or some other well known brand, and not Phillips or Magnavox. I want something with a good picture and good sound. I also don’t have a lot of money to work with, $2,100 is my max amount. Where can I find my dream HDTV and what will it cost? I do not want one from the Internet, I want to see the TV myself IN PERSON. But for the most part I just want a reference of what your opinions are, and what you recommend.
And I know 1080P and Plasmas look the best, but I have reasons on why I prefer 720P and LCD.
I’m looking to buy an HDTV. How much difference is there between 1080i and 720i, 1500:1 and 5000:1 contrast ratios? What is the contrast ration on the SDTV I already have? I’m not picky, but I don’t want to get hosed and pay for stuff I don’t really need. I don’t want to pay for the latest advances if I can’t really see the difference on the screen. My budget calls for no more than about $1200 and I’m going for a 37 or 42 inch. I’ve seen them at Best Buy and Circuit City, but honestly, I don’t know what the heck I’m looking for. They all seem to look pretty good to me as long the viewing angle is 170 degrees or better.
Hello I am currently looking for a HDTV that is 32-37 inches. I would like to spend a max of $500-$600, I would also like either 720p or better.
Please help me find a TV.
ALSO: Ive seen many Refurbished HD-TVs if anyone has one can you please tell me how it works and if you have had any trouble with it.
please help me out here and thank you in advanced
My 9 month old active kitten was trying to get on top of our brand new 37 inch HDTV and his rear claws scratched the screen! You can’t really see it when the TV is on, but still… I think he just wanted to get up high where he could see the whole apartment. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with both the cat and the scratched screen? I’m planning on buying him a new cat condo with higher levels so he can play, but for the time being he keeps trying to do it again. My husband is reeeeeally angry about the tv, too. Any ideas?
Hey guys i have a little 37 inch lcd hdtv right now thats 720p and i want a 1080p thats a lot bigger. Why are the dlp ones that are not flat so much cheaper? Just because people want the flat look or is there performance stuff that the lcd is better with also? I actually prefer a bigger one to put on a stand instead of mounting it on a wall and im thinking if its cheaper than is it a win win or is there bad things about dlp? Any help would be awesome
Thanks.
I have a 37 inch Vizio LCD HDTV that is having image problems. I have hooked up my computer to the tv recently and the color on this looks perfectly fine, everything looks the same as when hooked up to the monitor i have. But, my cable and AV inputs seem to be having a color problem. There is a red tint to everything and have no idea why it has started. I havent done anything other than hooked up the Computer to it. Could this have messed up the color some how? Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be? Any help would be helpful. Thanks.
