Connect my macbook to a 37 inch lcd hdtv vizio tV???
what chords will i need to buy?

What is a chord?
Go through the manual of the Macbook. Is it has video out socket? If so what type?(Eg. ‘S’ video out/ an video out using a RCA socket)
Some may have a 15 pin D connector socket as in computers. Buy a cable to suit that socket and give the connection to respective input socket in TV.
Similarly for audio also.
