well this is a great tv just wished they would have sent my order. J&R canceled my order with no reason or substitution. just said it was canceled and that was it.. never buy from J&R.. Amazon could have done alil better also in trying to help me find out what happen since my credit card did get charged and then get refunded so it wasn’t like the order was not sent which is what Amazon is saying.

Had the misfortune of buying this TV. Shipped out of Sixth Avenue Electronics fairly quickly, but when I opened it up and tried to power it up all I got was a flashing green light at the front of the set indicating that there was a power issue to the set–no sound, picture, anything. No return on defective product so having to go through sharp. Five calls later I get an appointment for customer repair. A week later they inspect the TV and detail how I need a new inverter and so on. More wait time until the parts come in and we will see if they can fix.
My money was sure accepted without a glitch, I wish I had a working TV to show for it. Thus far I have an expensive rock in my living room. Learned two things: don’t buy a “sharp” product and make sure you can return a defective product for a full refund before pressing the buy button.

I have been searching for and HDTV for some time now. I had done all my research, and Sharp Aquos always rose to the top of my list every time. My Sharp Aquos LC37D64U far exceeded my expectations. The picture quality and ease of use is great.
