Setup was very easy and the picture quality is outstanding. Also looks fantastic when it's off, very classy.....if you want it, buy it. I got the S1 for the bedroom and its great, very happy with it. I did have issues with the delivery date however. All my info had a specific date, but the only one taking delivery on the date was the second carrier who only comes to my area one day a week. This resulted in some difficulty in having someone home to accept delivery. Seems as I am in the Seattle area, home of Amazon, Amazon could have had this info available to me thus saving the hastle. <br /> <br />It should be noted that I have done alot of business with Amazon and this is the first time there was any issue. The shipping company delayed delivery and seem to have lost the shipment at one time. They finally turned it over to another shipper and they were very good. The extra installation that we paid for was not worth it. Amazon customer service helped solve the lost TV and were very helpful WE LOVE AMAZON! Boy, am I let down. The picture is not at all crisp and clear- no matter how I try to change it. It seems very grainy. Granted, we do not have HDTV- but a TV with this type of resolution should have a decent picture quality anyway. I am honestly considering going back to my big old school TV.
